We've all be there. You're caught up in a brand new relationship, and you're in the honeymoon phase (I like to call it the Honeymoon Hump) and everything is great. But what happens after a couple of months, when the phase is over? People often mistake it as the end of a relationship, however, this is the beginning of what could actually be a great relationship.

So, what do you do when this happens? Lucky for you, One & Only has 5 simple tips to keep the romance alive, starting with 1. Look Alive.

1. Look Alive

In an age of digital technology, couples are more disconnected than ever. They can feel unappreciated (trust me, I hear this all the time). So spend an hour two to unwind, especially after work, without any distractions. You will appreciate your relationship so much more!

1. Get Out

With work, children, family and friends getting in the way there will hardly be time to spend time alone even if it's just for a few minutes. Planning a simple date night every month would do the trick. A quiet One & Only Pop-Up without the disturbance of everyone else would definitely remind you guys why you fell for each other in the first place!

2. Pick Your Battles

Stop nit picking about the little things that don't matter. If you want to discuss something that is bothering you, DISCUSS IT! The louder person doesn't have to win the battle.

3. Try Out Some New Cool $hit

You don't have to go out and spend money to do this. Go to the gym together, play tennis, cook a meal you have never made (don't be afraid to get dirty and start a food fight), make a snow man or go sledding. There are TONS of things to do. You got to make the time to do them. Remember, if he/she/it matters... you make time, and don't let anyone tell you different!

4. Oh, SO Many Adventures

Pretty self explanatory. Have no idea where you two want to go? Buy a world map, take a dart, and throw it. Let the adventure begin!
